STACKWISE / METHODOLOGY

How Stackwise makes a recommendation.

A shortlist should explain its reasoning. We compare tools against the shape of a service business, then point people to the provider for the final purchase decision.

What affects the fit score

01Trade fit

Whether a tool supports the way plumbers, HVAC teams, electricians, roofers, cleaners, and landscapers typically work.

02Team stage

Whether the product is suited to a solo operator, a growing crew, or a larger operation.

03Workflow priority

Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, or growth needs receive additional weight.

04Budget comfort

Public starting prices are used as a planning signal, not a final quote.

What we verify

We verify official product and pricing pages, then label whether pricing is published, regional, or quote-based. If a provider blocks a visitor's region, Stackwise uses a regional availability search instead of sending visitors to an error page. Plans, taxes, integrations, and limits can change, so users should always confirm the latest terms before buying.

Commercial independence

A paid placement does not change a fit score. If Stackwise later uses affiliate links or sponsored placements, those relationships will be visibly disclosed and separated from the recommendation methodology.
